Chapter 16.56 MANUFACTURED HOME PARK AND TRAVEL TRAILER COURT REGULATIONS


Section 16.56.310 Long & short term RV parks - permit - plan submission - content.

    Before a permit shall be issued for an RV park, the overall plan of the park must be submitted to the Planning Commission for its review. The plan shall show:
    A.    Proposed road layout and trailer space;
    B.    Proposed reservation for parks, playgrounds and other open space;
    C.    Landscape plan;
    D.     Storm water retention plan; and  
    E.    Sewer impact analysis.
