Section 16.56.310 Long & short term RV parks - permit - plan submission - content.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2000-05 on 07/27/2000, Section 16.56.310 read as follows.
Before a permit shall be issued for an RV park
travel trailer court
, the overall plan of
the
court
park must be submitted to the Planning Commission for its review. The plan
shall show:
A. Proposed road layout and trailer space;
B. Proposed reservation for parks, playgrounds and other
open space;
C. Landscape plan;
and
D. Storm water retention plan; and
E. Sewer impact analysis.
