Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2000-05 on 07/27/2000, Section 16.56.370 read as follows.

All areas within the ~~court~~ park which are not hard surfaced, including the twenty (20) foot setback space, shall be landscaped and maintained with lawns, trees and shrubs designed to provide privacy and noise containment. All landscaping must conform with Section 16.27 of this code. Recreation space shall be provided for each RV park. A minimum usable area of one-hundred (100) square feet shall be set aside and developed in each park with an additional twenty-five (25) square feet provided for each unit in excess of ten (10). The perimeter of the park shall be fenced with a six (6) foot, sight obscuring fence. (PZSC § 03-27-002 (2) (F)))
