Section 16.56.390 Long & short term Rv parks - license - required - revocation.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2000-05 on 07/27/2000, Section 16.56.390 read as follows.
Prerequisite to the operation of any
travel trailer court
RV park in Vernal City shall be
the obtaining of an annual license. The license shall only be issued after inspection by the
Building Official and it shall be unlawful to operate an RV park
travel trailer court
without
first obtaining a license and the license shall be refused or revoked upon failure of the
owner and/or operator to maintain the court in accordance with the standards and
requirements as herein set forth. (PZSC § 03-27-002 (2) (H))
