Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2000-05 on 07/27/2000, Section 16.56.400 read as follows.

A. In addition to meeting the preceding requirements, all ~~travel trailer courts~~ RV parks shall conform to the requirements set forth in the Code of Camp, Trailer Court, Hotel, Motel and Resort Sanitation Requirements as adopted by the Utah State Board of Health and shall also conform to the Fire Prevention Code, which codes have been adopted by Vernal City.

B. All RV's within long-term Rv parks must be skirted within thirty (30) days of occupancy. Skirting must meet building code requirements. (PZSC § 03-27-002 (2) (I))
