Section 16.57.010 Intent.

The intent of this Section is to establish guidelines and minimum requirements relating to the creation of condominiums. These provisions shall be supplemental and in addition to the general requirements as set forth in Title 16 of Vernal City Code, and also the requirements of the Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended.
