Section 16.58.160 Street dedication.

All streets shall be dedicated for public use, excpet those located in a planned residential unit development (PRUD as defined in Section 16.16, which may either privately owned or dedicated for public use. The dedication of half streets in any subdivision is prohibited. (PZSC § 03-28-005 (2) (I))
