The maximum length of blocks generally shall be one thousand three hundred (1,300) feet and the minimum length of blocks shall be four hundred (400) feet. In blocks over eight hundred (800) feet in length, the subdivider may be required to dedicate a walkway through the block at approximately the center of the block.
