Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2010-15 on 08/04/2010, Section 16.58.330 read as follows.

Improvements shall be installed in all subdivisions in accordance with standards and requirements hereinafter set forth; provided, however, that actual construction of required improvements in the subdivision may be delayed up to ~~two (2)~~ one (1) years where a suitable bond or other assurance is furnished to the City by the subdivider as provided for elsewhere in the code (see particularly Sections 16.58.040(G) and 16.58.450). The improvements shall be as set forth in Sections 16.58.340 through 16.58.430. (PZSC § 03-28-006 (part))
