Section 2.20.030 Process for Nomination of Municipal Officers

All processes for the nomination of candidates for municipal office to be voted upon at a municipal election shall be in compliance with Utah Code Annotated, 20A-9-203, and any other applicable laws as required by the State of Utah. (Ord. No. 95-04, Enacted, 03/21/95)
