Section 2.20.030 Process for Nomination of Municipal Officers
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2003-27 on 09/03/2003, Section 2.20.030 read as follows.
All processes for the nomination of candidates for municipal
office to be voted upon at a
municipal election shall be by a convention or committee and shall be complied with according
to Utah Code Annotated, 20A-9-404(3), and any other applicable laws as required by the State of
Utah.
