Section 2.32.020 Duties - service fees.

    A.    The City Recorder shall keep the corporate seal, and the Recorder or Deputy shall attend the meetings and keep the record of the proceedings of the City Council.
    B.    Copies of all papers filed in the Recorder's office and transcripts from all records of the City Council, when certified by the Recorder under the corporate seal, are admissible in all courts as originals.
    C.    Unless the City Council shall otherwise direct, the Recorder shall charge a reasonable fee, the amount of which shall be fixed by resolution of the governing body, for the following:
    1.    For copies of any resolution, ordinance, record or other document on file or of record in the Recorder's office;
    2.    For searching records;
    3.    For affixing the certificate and seal of the City. (Added during 1993 recodification)
