Chapter 2.52 COURT SYSTEM
Section 2.52.010 Establishment of the Vernal City Justice Court.
In accordance with Utah Code Annotated, 1953, Section 10-3-923
and Title 78 Chapter 5 of
the Utah Code Annotated 1953, Vernal City elects to establish the Vernal City Justice Court
providing for all statutorily required facilities, personnel, and organization for such court with
the said Vernal City Justice Court having full judicial power as provided according to the laws of
the State of Utah and with the effective date of such court established as July 1, 1994.
