Chapter 2.70 CONSTITUTIONAL TAKING ISSUES
Section 2.70.010 Purpose
The purpose of this ordinance is to provide advisory guidelines for the City
to assist the
City in identifying actions that involve physical taking or exaction of private real property
that may raise constitutional taking issues. This ordinance does not apply why the City
formally exercises its power of eminent domain.
