Chapter 2.70 CONSTITUTIONAL TAKING ISSUES
Section 2.70.090 Results for review.
After completing the review, the mayor, or the mayor's designee, shall make
a
determination regarding the petition and, if determined to be necessary and appropriate,
make a recommendation to the council or the appropriate office, employee, board or
commission.
