Section 2.80.020 Personnel appeals board - established - procedure.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-27 on 11/28/2005, Section 2.80.020 read as follows.
In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-3-1106, a Personnel Appeals Board is
hereby
established,
with the Vernal City Council serving as the appeals board.
consisting of five
(5) members, three (3) of whom shall be chosen by and from the appointive officers and
employees of Vernal City, and two (2) of whom shall be members of the governing body
of Vernal City. The purpose
