Section 2.84.070 Valuation of trees - compensation to City.

Anyone who causes damage or destruction to a tree on City property, without proper approval, shall compensate the City for such damages. The damages shall be determined by the City forester. The City attorney may take whatever action is necessary in a court of competent jurisdiction to collect such damages as are not voluntarily paid after assessment.
