Section 2.84.090 Interference with City forester.

It is unlawful for any person to hinder prevent, delay or interfere with the City forester or any personnel under the City forester's direction while engaged in carrying out the execution or enforcement of this chapter; provided, that nothing in this chapter shall be construed as an attempt to prohibit the pursuit of any remedy, legal or equitable, in any court for the protection of property rights by the owner of any property within the City.
