Section 3.16.010 Purpose.
It is the purpose of the ordinance codified in this chapter to establish the
procedures
whereby Vernal City may sell property to collect special taxes levied against real property
located within a special improvement district created under the provisions of the
Municipal Improvement District Act, UCA 16-1 et seq. (Ord. 90-05 § 1)
