Chapter 3.16 DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT PROPERTY SALES
Section 3.16.060 Sale.
On the day fixed for the sale, the City Treasurer shall appear at the hour and
place
named in the notice of sale, and shall offer the delinquent property at public auction to the
highest responsible bidder for cash. No bid shall be accepted which is lower than the total
of the delinquent assessment, interest and costs. The offer for sale shall be substantially in
the language of Exhibit 3.16.050. (Ord. 90-05 § 6)
