Chapter 3.16 DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT PROPERTY SALES
Section 3.16.090 Certificate of sale.
When delinquent property is sold under the provisions of this chapter, the City
Treasurer shall make, execute and deliver a certificate of sale which shall recite the facts
of sale and which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit 3.16.090. The Treasurer
shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each certificate of sale issued, which fees
shall be deposited into the City Treasury. (Ord. 90-05 § 9)
