After the period for redemption has passed, the City may sell and assign any unredeemed delinquent property which has been purchased by the City in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and upon payment to the City of the bid amount together with costs and interest. All moneys received from the resale of delinquent property hereunder, shall be paid into the City's general fund. (Ord. 90-05 § 11)
