When any property is redeemed, the Vernal City Treasurer shall make the proper entry in his yearly tax sale record filed in his office and shall issue a personally acknowledged certificate of redemption. The entry or the certificate shall be prima facie evidence of such redemption. (Ord. 90-05 § 14)
