The City Recorder shall collect ten dollars ($10.00) for each deed issued for the first description of property contained in such deed, and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional description of property in such deed, and shall deposit such fees in the City Treasury. In cases where a deed is issued to Vernal City, no fee shall be collected. (Ord. 90-5 § 18)
