Upon agreement by the City Council, the City Treasurer may at any time offer for sale at public or private sale all property to which the City has received a deed under the provisions of this chapter. The City Council shall authorize the Mayor and the City Recorder to execute the deed of Vernal City for any property that is sold. Proceeds received from all such sales shall be paid into the City's general fund. (Ord. 90-5 § 20)
