Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 1953, Section 11-36-101 - Impact Fee Act, the Vernal City Council authorized the imposition of a development impact fee for the expansion of of the City's water and sewer utilities fees will be established for each (Ord. 81-4 § 2)(Ord. No. 97-11, Amended, 07/02/97)
