Section 3.24.040 Credit for dedication of land or system improvements.

Upon agreement between a developer and the City, dedication of land or other construction of system improvements by a developer may be given to the City in-lieu of the payment of all or part of the development fees otherwise due. The amount of land or other capital participation by the land owner and the amount of credit to be given under this section shall be approved by the Vernal City Council. System improvements must be identified in the capital facilities plan and must be required by Vernal City as a condition of approving the development activity. (Ord. 81-4 § 6)(Ord.
