Section 3.28.010 Purchasing system adopted.

There is adopted and established a purchasing system for Vernal City to secure for the taxpayers of Vernal City the advantages and economies from centralized control over the expenditures of funds for supplies, materials, equipment and contractual services, and for the disposal or lease of public property.
