Section 3.28.020 Administration.

The City Manager shall administer the purchasing system herein provided. He shall appoint a Purchasing Agent who shall perform the duties and have power concerning purchasing matters in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The Purchasing Agent shall function under the supervision of the Finance Director. (Added during 1993 recodification)
