Section 3.28.040 Purchasing procedures.
Except as otherwise provided herein, purchase of supplies, equipment and letting
of
contracts shall follow the Vernal City purchasing rules and regulations as adopted by
resolution of the Vernal City Council. (Added during 1993 recodification)
