Section 3.28.060 Interlocal purchasing agreements.

Vernal City shall have the power to enter into joint purchase agreements with any or all public agencies in the state for the purchase of any supplies, equipment or services where it is deemed by the City Council to be in the best interest of the City. (Added during 1993 recodification)
