Chapter 3.28 PURCHASING
Section 3.28.070 Personal purchases.
Purchases of supplies or equipment for the personal use of an official or employee
of
Vernal City, shall be made only when the items are required parts of a workers
equipment, and are necessary for the successful performance of the duties of such City
official or employee. Other personal purchases, shall not be permitted, and will be cause
for removal or other disciplinary action. (Ord. 79-4 § 10)
