Chapter 3.32 DISPOSAL OR LEASE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY
Section 3.32.040 City agencies.
The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all bodies which are within the
jurisdiction or under the authority of the City and which own real or personal property in
the name of the City.
