Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-25 on 11/07/2005, Section 3.36.010 read as follows.

Section 3.36.010 Fees and charges fixed by resolution.

Fees and charges to be imposed for the programs and services described hereafter shall be established and amended by resolution of the City Council and made as part of the annual Vernal City Budget. This section applies to the following services and programs:

A. Animal control fees;

B. Annexation;

C. Planning and zoning;

D. Cemetery fees;

E. Fire suppression service fees;

F. Utility service fees;

G. Map, publication or copy fees;

H. Development impact fees;

J. Building and construction fees;

K. Impound fees.

J. Record access fee.
