Chapter 5.04 BUSINESS LICENSES GENERALLY
Section 5.04.030 City License Clerk -- Appointment -- Assistants.
The City Manager, with the consent of the Mayor and the City
Council, shall appoint the City
License Clerk and, as such, ex officio collector of license fees and taxes. The License Clerk may
appoint, subject to confirmation by the City Manager, such assistants as may be necessary to
assist in the performance of his/her duties; provided, however, that the assistant's compensation
and tenure in office shall be governed by applicable City personnel policies. (Prior code § 11-01-003)
