In addition to its permanent place of business, any business licensed under the provision of Section 5.04.090 of this Chapter may temporarily conduct sales events at a separate location within Vernal City provided that:

    1.    The temporary sales event does not exceed seven (7) consecutive calendar days.

    2.    The number of temporary sales events for the business does not exceed four (4) during any calendar year and one (1) per any given month of the year.

    3.    A license application for each business conducting a temporary sales event has been submitted to and approved by the City providing for compliance with all Vernal City ordinances.  No license fee will be imposed for the temporary sales event.

    4.    The temporary sales event is in compliance with Section 5.36.120 of this Title. (Ord. No. 96-02, Enacted, 01/23/96; Ord. No. 96-21, Amended, 08/07/96)
