Section 5.04.110 Multiple businesses under same roof.

    Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever more than one (1) business, trade, profession, calling or occupation is being carried on by one (1) licensee at one (1) place of business which uses the same business entrance and other common areas, such licensee shall for such businesses, trades, professions, callings or occupations so carried on by such licensee at one (1) place of business which uses the same business entrance and other common areas, pay only the applicable license fee of the business, trade, profession, calling or occupation from which the licensee derives the greatest percentage of his gross revenue and/or income. When a licensee operates two (2) separate businesses which do not operate under the same business name and which do not share the same business entrance and other common areas, the licensee shall obtain a license for each business that maintains a separate business entrance, even though the businesses are carried out under the same roof.
