Section 5.04.120 Procurement of other licenses required by law.

Whenever a person makes application for a license to do business in the City and that business or person is required by one or more agencies, departments and/or commissions of the federal and/or state governments or by other ordinances of the City to have a license or permit other than the business license issued by the City under terms of this title, the licensee shall tender the fee(s) required by this title, but no license shall be issued until the other required licenses and/or permits are obtained. In case the licensee shall be unable to obtain the other license(s) and/or permit(s), the License Clerk shall refund the fee paid to the City. (Prior code § 11-01-012)
