It is unlawful for any licensee to sell, transfer or assign any license issued under the provisions of this title from one (1) licensee to another. Any person seeking to transfer a business license from one (1) location to another, however, shall complete a new application for a business license. The applicant shall pay a transfer fee of fifteen (15) dollars. (Prior code § 11-02-007)
