Section 5.04.400 Regulatory provisions--Division I--Services.

    A.    (70)  Hotels, Roominghouses, Camps, and Other Places.
    7011.  Hotel. Every hotel keeper shall make and file with his application for a license a statement under oath, showing the location of his hotel and the number of rooms of all kinds his hotel contains. Any person who shall keep any public house or rent rooms, furnished or unfurnished, for the accommodation of more than twenty (20) persons is a hotelkeeper.
    7021.  Rooming and Boarding Houses. Every rooming or boarding house keeper shall make a statement under oath, showing the location of his house, the number of rooms of all kinds that his house contains, the number and description of all rooms which are or are intended to be available for rent, and the number of persons his house will reasonably accommodate. Any person who shall keep a public house and rent furnished or unfurnished rooms to persons other than directly related to him by blood or marriage shall be deemed a rooming-house keeper. Any person who shall keep a public house and rent rooms furnished or unfurnished and board or furnish meals to the occupants of such rental rooms, provided, that the occupants are persons not directly related to him by blood or marriage, shall be deemed a boarding house keeper.
    7033.  Trailer Parks and Camp Sites. Before an application for a trailer park or campsite business license can be filed, plans and specifications therefor shall be submitted to the City Planning Commission for its investigation and approval. Four (4) copies of the proposed park or campsite design and layout shall be filed on paper not smaller than seventeen by twenty-two (17 x 22) inches and the plan shall include the following:
    (a)      The name and address of the applicant;
    (b)  The location and legal description of the trailer park and campsite;
    (c)  Contour lines at one (1) foot intervals;
    (d)  The location of all existing public streets within two hundred (200) feet of the proposed park or campground;
    (e)  The number, size, location and type of all trailer or camp spaces;
    (f)  The location, size and specifications for construction of roadways and walkways;
    (g)  Plans and specifications of all buildings, improvements and facilities to be constructed within the park or campground;
    (h)  The location and size of all public utility lines within the park or campground;
    (i)  Such further information as required by this title or that may be required by the City Planning Commission to enable it to determine if the proposed park or campground will comply with all legal requirements.
    One (1) set of plans shall be submitted to the City Health Department, and one (1) set to the City Building Official. The City Planning Commission in making its decision to approve, approve with modifications or disapprove the application, shall take into consideration recommendations of the City Health Department and the City Building Official. Upon approval of the City Planning Commission, the application for a permit shall be filed with the City Business License Clerk.
