Chapter 5.04 BUSINESS LICENSES GENERALLY
Section 5.04.420 Violation a misdemeanor--Creation of a public nuisance.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this title
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1.16. It is
unlawful and shall constitute a misdemeanor for any person granted a license under the
provisions of this title to operate his business or maintain the physical properties on which the
business is located, in such a manner that it is or becomes a public nuisance (any act or thing
having a natural tendency to injure a person or property). Any thing, condition or use which may
injure, annoy, inconvenience, disturb or otherwise adversely affect the life, health, safety or the
use or any enjoyment of property or are offensive to the human senses of hearing, smell or sight,
shall constitute a misdemeanor. (Prior code § 11-03-002)
