"Employee" means any person who works for an employer for salary or commission, wage or payment in kind and who is subject to the direction and control of such employer and who doesn't share the profits and losses of such employer, except as received in connection with a qualified profit sharing plan. It includes all full-time officers of public agencies. (Prior code § 11-04-020)
