"Penny arcade" means any room, house, building, structure, place or general enclosure in which is conducted the business of operating, exhibiting or permitting the use of any amusement device, instrument or game for amusement purposes. Such device, instrument or game shall include, but shall not be limited to: any coin-operated amusement device, kinetoscopes, biographs, projectoscopes and microscopes; lung testers, muscle testers, galvanic batteries; or any other similar instruments or devices.
