Chapter 5.08 DEFINITIONS
Section 5.08.460 Public nuisance.
"Public nuisance" means:
A. An act, thing, condition or use
which injures, annoys, inconveniences, disturbs or
otherwise adversely affects the life, health, safety or the use and enjoyment of property or are
offensive to the human sense of hearing, smell or sight; or
B. Offends public decency; or
C. Unlawfully interferes with, obstructs,
or renders dangerous for passage, any lake, canal,
stream or basin, or any public park, square, street or highway; or
D. In any way renders three (3) or
more persons insecure in life or the use of property. (Prior
