"Trailer park" means any area or tract of land, licensed by Vernal City,  where lots are rented or held out for rent to one (1) or more owners or users of travel trailers for a temporary time not to exceed two (2) weeks. Travel trailers shall include, but not be limited to, recreational trailers, tent campers, truck campers, travel trailers, camp cars, or other vehicles with or without motive power designed and/or constructed to travel on the public thoroughfare in accordance with the provisions of the Utah Vehicle Code.
