This major group includes establishments not classified on the basis of the predominant nature of the business, generally small in size, which are regularly engaged in any combination of real estate, insurance, loans or the practice of law. However, if anyone (1) of these activities constitutes the principal business, the establishment should not be classified in the industry provided for that activity:
