This major group includes establishments primarily engaged in furnishing medical, surgical and other health services to persons. Associations or groups primarily engaged in providing medical or other health services to members are included, but those which limit their services to the provision of insurance against hospitalization and medical costs are classified in major group 63:

    801.  Offices of physicians;

    802.  Offices of dentists;

    803.  Offices of osteopathic physicians;

    804.  Offices of other health practitioners;

    805.  Nursing and personal care facilities;

    806.  Hospitals;

    807.  Medical and dental laboratories;

    808.  Outpatient care facilities;
