Section 5.20.040 License--Transfer to new location--Fee.

Licenses issued pursuant to this title may be transferred to a new premises upon application to the City filed with the License Clerk and upon payment of a twenty-five (25) dollar transfer fee which shall be refunded if the application is denied. Further, all regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act of the state must be complied with prior to transfer of a license being approved by the City. (Prior code § 11-05-004)
