Chapter 5.20 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Section 5.20.070 Class A license.
A. A class A retail license shall
entitle the licensee to sell beer at retail on the premises
described in the license in original containers for consumption off the premises in accordance
with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act of the state and these revised City ordinances;
provided, however, that it is unlawful for the licensee to sell or distribute beer in any container
larger than two (2) liters.
B. It is unlawful for any person to
consume beer on the premises of a holder of a class A
license.
C. It is unlawful for a minor to sell
beer in a class A licensed premises unless supervised by
a person twenty-one (21) years of age or older who is on the premises. (Prior code § 11-05-007)
