No beer may be consumed on or within any publicly-owned recreation facilities by any person, corporation or organization except the holder of a beer consumption license for recreation facilities. A beer consumption license for recreation facilities shall entitle the licensee to consume beer on or within the exact location as specified in the license. Under this license, no beer shall be consumed in bottles, nor shall any beer be sold. A beer consumption license for recreational facilities shall not be required for any premises issued a class D license as provided in this chapter. (Prior code § 11-05-011)
